Eeland Stribling
Meet Eeland Stribling, your aunty’s favorite stand-up comedian! Born and raised in Denver, CO.
You can catch him consistently at The Comedy Fort, Comedy Works, and Denver Improv, where he’s always trying new material. He even won by a landslide the 2023 New Faces competition at Comedy Works. He has also won the Thick Skin and Clean Comedy competitions.
When he’s not making audiences laugh in Denver, Eeland regularly tours across the country. His favorite comedy stops includes Boston, Chicago, New York, LA, and Austin. He has been selected to perform at many festivals. A few he’s attended include High Plains Comedy Festival, 10,000 Laughs, Limestone, Alaska Comedy Festival, Cloudtop Comedy Festival, Jokechella, Boulder Comedy Festival and many more.
But comedy isn’t his only talent—he’s also got a knack for making wildlife funnier than a stand-up special. Has been called the “Black Steve Irwin,” probably because he’s just as likely to wrestle a crocodile as he is to crack a joke about one. He was recently chosen to share his story on an episode of Roots of Comedy on PBS. He’s a wild one. He loves teaching folks about the wonders of nature. And if you’re lucky, you might just catch him in your city teaching the community about fly fishing and caring about nature.
He decided to combine his two passions in his hit series, Comedians on the Fly—Where he takes your favorite comedians fly-fishing. They tell stories about comedy, get tangled and maybe catch a fish!
Now, don’t be fooled by his perpetually grumpy demeanor—Eeland’s got a heart of gold buried under all that sarcasm. And he’ll make sure you leave his show with a belly full of laughs and a brand new opinion on everything from politics to penguins. So buckle up, because Eeland Stribling is about to take you on the wildest ride of your life!
